As soon as Shiromori was hit by Lewis’s truck, he has that shock look on his face along with the ghost

They all turned to the window (possibly looking at the side view mirror) to see if they hit something (Shiromori)

And Lewis turns back and it is like:

“….did….did I hit something?”
