So from what I can gather, Aziraphale is all about the whole not disobeying thing, but when he does disobey, he doesn’t go beating around any bushes, hedges, or even little sprigs of grass, Aziraphale goes straight for the jugular like god DAMN. This guy has 2 settings and they’re “Ha can’t disobey it’s all ineffable!” and “Fuck the system”. Few examples:

From “Can’t second guess ineffability” to “Lie directly to God’s Face about where you put the sword.”

From “I’m an angel, can’t disobey!” to “We’re going to go kill the 11 year old Antichrist because if Heaven’s not somebody has to.”

“I’ve spent 6000 years not cursing (more or less) but when I do I’m gonna drop the Fuck Word.”

Directly confront the Metatron while he’s in mid-negotiation with Hell’s second in command and the actual Antichrist. Just waltz right in there.

He is literally prepared to battle Satan, the Adversary, head on.

This guy goes 0 to 100, it’s amazing. He’s got “Go big or go home” down to an art.
