For those who don’t know, a big part of Neo-Nazi ideology is the idea that Jews are trying to destroy white American society and bring about a white genocide through a number of methods, including bringing in Muslim refugees. This is what he is referring to.

“My people” means white (non-Jewish) people, and “get slaughtered” refers to, I assume, his Islamophobic imaginings of what happens when Muslim refugees are resettled in America.

“Screw your optics” means he doesn’t care if this makes the alt-right movement look bad, and I think we all understand what “I’m going in” means.
