I headcannon that since the animal plane’s language is techniquely universal different animals just had different but still understand dilect/accent. So lup, taako, Barry spoke mongoose variant, while Magnus speaks in bear and possibly duck and so on for each member which is useful when ever they get separated while on the run and need to communicate with each other while not exactly giving away their locations it may have cause some confusion when used in urban environments.
