anyone else really kinda scared about the outcome of tomorrow

I just keep thinking about how I felt on election night 2016 at around 10pm when it started looking bad and when I started crying around midnight and when it was announced he won around 2am and I was crying so hard I made myself physically sick out of pure terror

and I think about all of the horrible things he and his people have done over the last 2 years and of all the things they have promised to do if they win again and my hands shake and I’m filled with a dread that hasn’t left me since he announced he was running for president over 3 years ago

so while I anxiety myself to sleep I ask that every one please consider why voting matters to you and if it doesn’t then please think about why it matters to me

my life as a woman and as a lesbian are on the line tomorrow

the lives of people of color, trans people, jewish people, disabled people, muslim people, immigrants, refugees, people who have the audacity to be a human with human illnesses

the life of our very planet is at stake here
