I don’t understand why people think it’s so hard to write lgbtq characters. Just make a character and then add in they’re queer. Give them a crush. Have them say it. There you go.

Trans and queer characters are covered by the option presented of having them say it. A character can say I go by they/them pronouns, or simply be like oh so and so probably won’t recognise me – they only knew me before I transitioned, or even ugh the pain in my chest was almost as bad as when I had surgery but I  survived that and I’ll  survive this. It only takes one line of a character saying something
