Tumblr wants to take away all adult content on the platform, abandoning a large majority of it’s userbase which uses the site for this exact matter. Please sign the above petition if you would like to keep tumblr the way it is. They need to be shown that they will lose a HUGE amount of their traffic if they’re too carry this through.
But like instead of actually dealing with child porn and bots staff just decided to nuke anything nsfw as if they’re the same thing and staff are too incompetent to deal with it
I mean ever since they got bought by yahoo it was kinda coming to this siigh
“We decided that getting rid of pornbots was too difficult, so we’re actually going to spend ten times the resources to just get rid of everything we think might have a boob in it. You’re welcome.”
